    Advanced ICU Care, the leading tele-ICU provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our IT team as an Associate IT Engineer. The Associate IT Engineer must have Cisco network support experience.  Although this position will primarily be supporting the network infrastructure, it would also be beneficial that the candidate have experience with supporting Microsoft Windows servers, VMWare, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Citrix XenApp, SCCM, and Group Policy.  This candidate will work closely with Sr. Engineers and the Client Support Team to provide technical expertise in the areas of IT Infrastructure.

    Key responsibilities for this position include:

    • Provide 2nd level support for Cisco network equipment in a LAN and WAN environment including but not limited to switches, routers, firewalls and VPNs.
    • Provide 3rd level support for endpoint technologies including but not limited to IP-KVMs, and desktop clients.
    • Provide 2nd level support for server infrastructure including but not limited to Active Directory, MS Windows Servers, Citrix XenApp,  SSO solutions
    • Support new client implementations from a network and system standpoint
    • Position requires on call support


    Requirements for this position are:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
    • 3-5 years progressive hands-on technical experience
    • 3 years of supporting a Cisco network environment
    • CCNA certified (desired)
    • Microsoft Certified Professional (desired)
    • Imprivata SSO or similar experience (desired)
    • Must be able to work overtime and on-call rotations, including nights and weekends
