    Advanced ICU Care, the leading tele-ICU provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team on a part time basis as Contracts Counsel.  This position is ideal for someone looking for schedule & location flexibility or to supplement your current practice.  This role will actively manage and oversee corporate and client contracting efforts.

    • Drafts, reviews and negotiates contracts including matters such as new clients, real estate, partnership agreements and employment agreements.
    • Collaborate with internal team members to negotiate and finalize contracts.


    • Broad knowledge of contract law, including healthcare regulatory and compliance regulations.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, strong work ethic & good judgement.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Demonstrated excellent negotiation skills
    • JD degree
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience (3+ plus years in healthcare).
