    Advanced ICU Care, the leading tele-ICU provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as the Director of Product Development. This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of new products and service lines. This individual will work from our office in Irvine, CA, Houston, TX or St. Louis, MO.

    • Research and evaluate new product/service line opportunities
    • Works closely with all facets of the organization including: IT, clinical leadership, sales, finance, marketing and HR teams to anticipate operational, technical and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop, present and defend detailed analyses of opportunities.
    • Responsible for successful launch of new product lines internally and externally.
    • Build and sustain knowledge of current competitive and marketplace trends and developments, relevant healthcare regulations, and provide analysis of impact on these elements on targeted opportunities.
    • Selected new opportunities will contemplate both de novo and partnering options; in case of partnering, executive will play integral role in the development of and management of the contractual relationship.


    • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
    • 5+ years’ experience or relevant work history
    • Healthcare/Healthcare services experience; knowledge of telemedicine sector a significant plus.
    • Strong writing skills required as well as quantitative modeling/acumen.
    • Demonstrated record of accomplishments.
    • Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities for evaluating various options for the company and presenting results in an organized, cogent manner.
    • Ability to drive projects to completion in a timely manner.
    • Demonstrated relationship building skills; internal and external.
    • Ability to accommodate modest business travel requirement (average approx. 2-4 days per month).
