    Advanced ICU Care, the leading tele-ICU provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team of high performing Credentialing professionals as the Credentialing Specialist of the Medical Staff Services Department. This position is responsible for all aspects of medical staff credentialing and privileging of company providers.  Importantly, this individual will also serve as company liaison to client hospitals to coordinate the credentialing and privileging of company providers at these hospitals. This individual will work from our office in St. Louis, MO.

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities for this position include:

     

    • Responsible for conducting and presenting thorough and accurate provider credentialing files as well as semi-annual reappointments of company providers. 
    • Ensure compliance with company bylaws and any accrediting and regulatory agencies in regards to credentialing and privileging.
    • Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the credentialing and clinical privileging database.
    • Facilitate the credentialing and privileging of the company’s Medical Staff with client hospitals while serving as a client-facing liaison of the Company.

    Qualifications

    Requirements for this position are:

     

    • Three years of progressively responsible administrative office experience required. Healthcare industry administrative office experience preferred.
    • Associate’s degree from a two year accredited college in Business or related field and related work experience; or two years credentialing experience in a healthcare setting required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
