    Advanced ICU Care, the leading tele-ICU provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a part-time Contracts Administrator.  This position is ideal for someone seeking schedule & location flexibility.  This role will actively manage contracting matters, primarily focused on client contracting and will ideally be located in either St, Louis, MO or Irvine, CA with the ability to work remote.

    • Drafts, reviews and proposes edits to contracts and supports contract negotiations including matters primarily pertaining to new clients, partnership agreements and employment matters
    • Work with business & operations team members to support the contracting process.


    • Broad knowledge of contract law and healthcare regulatory and compliance regulations.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience (3+ plus years in healthcare).
    • Must have excellent contract drafting capabilities.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong work ethic, good judgement and responsive to requests.
    • Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills.
