    Advanced ICU Care, the leading tele-ICU provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our innovative team as the Executive Director of HR & Commercial Contracts in either of our St. Louis, MO or Irvine CA locations. This position directs and coordinates the organizations activities related to all human resources functions and is responsible for client contracting.

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities for this position include:

    • Work with executive leadership to determine & execute on HR strategies and priorities
    • Responsible for maintaining customary compliance and administrative programs
    • Provides leadership for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits management
    • Responsible for regulatory compliance and oversight pertaining to HR matters and serves on Company’s Compliance Committee
    • Serve as primary organization contact during contract negotiations
    • Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input and organizational needs and expectations.

    Qualifications

    Requirements for this position are:

    • Minimum of 12+ years of related human resources management; experience in healthcare highly preferred
    • Minimum of 7+ years of contracting experience, preferably in services
    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management, JD degree, Human Resources or a related area
    • Proven ability to handle both strategic and detailed operational issues
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
    • Energetic, organized, fast learner and able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
    • Strong technical knowledge of all facets of HR management and contracting fundamentals
