    Advanced ICU Care, the leading tele-ICU provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our innovative team as the Director of Human Resources in either of our St. Louis, MO. or Irvine CA. locations. This position directs and coordinates the organizations activities related to all human resources functions, including, but not limited to, employment, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training & recruitment.

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities for this position include:

    • Work with executive leadership to determine & execute on HR strategies and priorities
    • Responsible for maintaining customary compliance and administrative programs
    • Provides leadership for payroll and benefits management.
    • Responsible for regulatory compliance and oversight pertaining to HR matters and serves on Company’s Compliance Committee.
    • Manage benefits plan and coordinate with brokers on renewal strategies.
    • Payroll management, assures the preparation of the bi-weekly payroll with third party provider, ensuring integrity of the records and compliance with all wage and hour laws and company policies.
    • Manages recruitment and onboarding efforts

    Qualifications

    Requirements for this position are:

    • Minimum of 12+ years of related human resources management experience.
    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resources or a related area.
    • Proven ability to handle both strategic and detailed operational issues.
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to lead team and facilitate employee relations.
    • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
    • Energetic, organized, fast learner and able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proven organizational skills and effective communication skills.
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
    • Strong technical knowledge of all facets of HR management
