    Advanced ICU Care, the leading tele-ICU provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team of Data Analysts, as a Manager- Data Analytics and Reporting. This position is responsible for the collection, management, reporting and analysis of company generated data related to the performance of company programs.

    Key responsibilities for this position include:

    • Responsible for the collection and analysis of clinical and operational data to ensure high levels of quality and operational efficiencies.
    • Prepare reports utilized to convey performance data to client facilities including the development of all charts, tables and other graphic elements.
    • Ability to work proficiently and independently within a variety of proprietary software platforms to merge, manage and maintain multiple datasets
    • Review performance data with the Clinical Leadership, Medical Directors and Client Services staff.
    • Prepare ad hoc reports and analytics for internal or external use (including sales support).
    • Support Clinical Leadership to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies.
    • Responsible for analysis and review of data collected from various company sources to ensure its accuracy and completeness
    • Design, develop, implement and maintain dashboards and client reporting packages according to reporting timelines
    • Experience leading a team and experience as a working manager



    Requirements for this position are:

    • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in data analytics, finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible work experience in a similar function, preferably in healthcare analytics/informatics.
    • Experience with Tableau or other advanced data visualization tools a plus
    • Experience using large datasets within relational databases
    • Experience managing a team
