Advanced ICU Care, the leading tele-ICU provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team of high performing IT professionals as the Technical Director of Information Security. This position is responsible for the vision, leadership and execution of Information Security strategy, as well as the development and execution of the HIPAA/HITECH Compliance program.  This individual will work from our office in St. Louis, MO.

Key responsibilities for this position include:


  • Lead and execute the technical compliance efforts for SOC2, HIPAA, HITECH, and HITRUST criteria.
  • Perform as a highly-technical “hands on” Information Security and Compliance leader by contributing and directing IT Security and Compliance efforts.
  • Maintain the IT Security and Compliance posture necessary to result in zero reportable breaches of PHI.
  • Collaboratively work to evaluate business and technology initiatives and processes to identify potential information security risks.


Requirements for this position are:


  • A minimum of seven (7) years of verifiable hands-on technical security experience required.
  • Five (5) years of verifiable Information Security management experience preferred.
  • Current CEH, GSEC, GCIH and GPEN professional certifications are preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
