Advanced ICU Care, the leading tele-ICU provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team of high performing Licensing professionals as the Licensing Assistant/Coordinator in the Medical Staff Services Department. This position is responsible ensuring applications are processed in accordance with established policies, rules and regulations, bylaws and regulatory governmental standards thereby ensuring that only qualified practitioners provide care at Advanced ICU Care. This individual will work from our office in St. Louis, MO.

Key responsibilities for this position include:


  • End-to-end ownership of the clinician licensing process including, monitoring compliance requirements, coordinating with clinicians on their applications, and timely support of state license board requirements and supporting follow-up,
  • Correspond and follow-up with clinicians, other organizational stakeholders and state licensing boards regarding the status of applications.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the licensing and credentialing database.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to stakeholder relationship by taking ownership of issues and facilitating effective outcomes in timely manner. Willing to support ad-hoc projects from time to time.


Requirements for this position are:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or relevant experience
  • Proficient in using multiple software programs such as Microsoft Office products, credentialing software applications, e-mail, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work under deadlines with a high attention to detail and good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
